Our Chefs


Chef Hero Yeung 

After graduation from Chinese Culinary Institute in Hong Kong, Chef Yeung has gained more than 20 years of experience in crafting Chinese culinary art from Singapore, Macau and Hong Kong.

​His professional chef career ignited at Man Wah of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong in 2006 and further fermented in various award winning restaurants, including Fortune Room of Hong Kong Jockey Club, Studio City Macau, Mott 32 and HEXA. Before joining Senior Common Room, he was the Head Chef at the VIP Lounge of China Resources Group.

As a father with two children, he would love to make Sweet & Sour Pork, the all-time favourite for his family.  Don’t miss to order his family special in your next visit at Senior Common Room.

Chef Frankie Wong 

Chef Wong is a culinary specialist in mastering authentic Chinese cuisines from Shanghai and Canton for more than 40 years.  His footprint has covered Tokyo, mainland China and Hong Kong and taken the helm for many classic restaurants and catering groups, including Maxim Group, Lu Yang Cun, Shanghai Min, Tao Heung Group and Wang Ja Sha.  He has also served at Government House of the HKSAR Government Chief Executive’s Office. 

Chef Wong is also an expert in offering private menu of  banqueting at Senior Common Room.
